Janie Hannah with Southern Capital Resources (www.scrloans.com) has been a Gold Level Sponsor of FPANA since 2003, and has worked with Financial Planners since 1993 providing their clients with mortgage services. Southern Capital Resources (SCR) was acquired by Aliant Bank in March, 2005 as their Mortgage Lending Division. Janie has been in Mortgage Lending for 21 years and offers experience in Conventional, FHA & VA lending.
